Are SodiumNodes services online 24/7?
Yes. However, we'd might do some maintenance but it shouldn't affect your server uptime.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by simply going to our
dashboard, and clicking on the "Register" button in the top-right.
How do I access the panel for my server?
You can do so by going to
https://panel.sodiumnodes.org. When you buy a service, you should see a password reset email already which is the one sent from the panel.
What locations do you offer?
Our locations include Europe at the moment. We will support more locations in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the payment methods Stripe support (credit/debit cards, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Naver Pay, SEPA Debit, Revolut Pay, Klarna, US bank wire transfer, Amazon Pay).
Do you offer refunds?
SodiumNodes offers refunds within 24 hours of the initial purchase if there is a valid reason.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All fees are shown at the checkout and there are no cancelling fees, no setup fees, just the product + tax.

Yes. We offer promo codes and they can be found at our

Do you support Java Edition, Bedrock, or both?
We support both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition for Minecraft servers.
Do you support modpacks like Forge or Fabric?
Yes. At SodiumNodes, we do provide Forge and Fabric support.
How do I connect to my Minecraft server?
Joining your Minecarft server which is hosted on SodiumNodes is a piece of cake! All you need to do is copy the address of the server and join in-game.

Do you offer free subdomains?
Yes. We offer subdomains and you can get one using our subdomain generator.
Security & Performance
How do you protect servers from DDoS attacks?
Our node provider uses PletX for DDoS protection. You can learn more about it on their website.
How fast is your support response time?
We respond within 24 hours after having created your ticket. In many cases it's much earlier than that.
How do I reinstall my server?
You can reinstall your server by deleting the files in the panel, navigating to "Settings" and you should see a button called "Reinstall Server".
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan by going to our dashboard, selecting the service you want to upgrade and clicking "Upgrade".
Can I upload my own files?
Yes. You can upload your own files by going to our panel, clicking on your server, navigating over to "Files" and clicking the "Upload" button.
